Basic Service Agreement

The Basic program provides labor for the systems covered.  Maintenance and Repair parts are provided in addition to the program costs.  The Basic program delivers a cost-effective solution for facilities wanting to balance repair cost risks for their equipment.  The Basic program provides entry level costs.

Standard Service Agreement

The Standard program provides labor, travel and planned maintenance parts for systems covered during scheduled planned maintenance visits.  The Standard program delivers a cost-effective solution for facilities wanting to balance repair cost risks for their equipment.  The Standard program provides intermediate level costs.

Extended Warranty Agreement

The Extended Warranty program or "EWA" provides single price comprehensive services for systems covered.  These costs are firm and provides a single cost for better budgeting.
