• Metropolitan is recognized by Datex-Ohmeda as a "Qualified Independent Service Organization" or QISO.  Our team of service representatives are formally trained by Datex-Ohmeda and attend refresher training on a three (3) year interval.  We also purchase our parts directly from the manufacturer.
• Metropolitan is recognized by Drager Medical as a "Authorized Service Organization" or ASO.  Our team of service representatives are formally trained by Drager Medical and attend refresher training on a three (3) year interval.  We also purchase our parts directly from the manufacturer. 

What is the availability of our service representative?

• All Metropolitan field service staff are available on a 24 X 7 schedule year round. 

What is the warranty period for reconditioned anesthesia equipment?

• Typical warranties of reconditioned anesthesia products are warranted for one year unless otherwise specified.
